Helical gear set of 4 gearwheels.
The gears have a helical teeth profile for a smoother and more dureable transmission. The gears are all made from steel and are hardened.
The small gears (pinions) are secured with 4 grub screws.
The gear set has a ratio 7:11 with following gears:
Z1 - 19T
Z2 - 45T
Z3 - 16T
Z4 - 48T
Different rations are possible with the other available helical gears. See download tab for ratio chart.
All helical gears are interchangeable.
For mounting the Z2 gear, the gear carrier 18606 is needed.
