  • Delivery Timeframes: Once your order is placed, please allow 3-7 business days for processing and delivery. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

At KingRC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: You may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.

  • Restocking Fee: For non-faulty items returned, a restocking fee of up to $150 may apply. This fee will be deducted from your total refund.

  • Return Process: To return an item, please follow these steps:

    2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
    3. Include a copy of your receipt and any correspondence regarding your return.
    4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
